We ship to the following European countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark excluding the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Estonia, Finland excluding the Aland Islands, France excluding the overseas territories and departments, Greece excluding Mt. Athos, the Netherlands excluding the non-European areas, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy excluding Livigno and Campione d´Italia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Spain excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Czech Republic, Hungary
Important note:
Unfortunately we are not able to process orders from Switzerland via our online shop!
For shipments to Switzerland, we therefore recommend using the service available from MeinEinkauf.ch. For a low fee, Mein Einkauf.ch will handle all customs formalities and delivery to your front door. To do this, we recommend registering for Mein Einkauf.ch prior to making your purchase.

Packages are shipped using “Päckchen” or “Paket” parcels up to 31.5 kg.
Depending on the size of your order, shipments are sent via DHL
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or package pick-up stations!
We charge the following shipping costs per order/shipment:
0 - 10 kg 19.00 Euro
10 - 20 kg 27.00 Euro
20 – 31.5 kg 39.-00 Euro
Please note that for shipments abroad, additional costs such as import customs, etc., may be incurred and must be born by the purchaser!
Our delivery times are short but may range from twelve to fifteen working days!
No delivery is possible on Sundays or holidays.
If an item is unavailable for immediate delivery because it is not in stock, the delivery time may be extended accordingly. We will provide any relevant information!
Returns can only be accepted in the original state and original packaging. Please submit a written revocation (email is acceptable) to: Handelsagentur Martin Tilgner, Sudetenstr. 30, 37671 Höxter.
We do not accept any shipments sent freight collect.
